Nice room, but the website is very misleading. Every room says it has a balcony. Turns out only half of the rooms do and you might get put in a non-balcony room even if you book a balcony room. The staff didn't seem to care too much about the inaccuracies, but hopefully someone is able to fix this soon.

Booked a pool view and enjoyed a front and center view of the restrooms. To see a corner of the pool all I had to do was squish my face against the window. A furnished private patio was accessible, as long as you're willing to climb through a window. The front desk blamed the confusion on me misunderstanding my reservation. They did offer some loyalty points but had no intention of providing. I stay at a lot of Hilton properties, but this place will be a one time only experience for me.

Its an OK hotel but you can tell its on its last legs. As an example, my room door lock was broken, then fixed but still took me 5 min every time to get into the room due to an aged lock.
The heating/airco unit is so loud you cannot sleep with it on. The carpet in the hallway is so old its bulky and not flat making it hard to walk, let alone roll anything over it.
My room was at the back next to a loading dock for a store next door which woke me up every day at 5am from the loud noises.
If it were a cheap non Hilton motel this may all be fine, but it was not a great experience.
