- JJjazmin4 days ago2.0I rarely write reviews. but this encounter that i had with a worker really made me mad. i stayed with my husband and we were heading to the pool and i saw this worker walking by i couldn’t really catch her name in the name tag but it just read the first letters not sure what her full name is but i saw “ alejendra” i don’t know how it’s spelled i asked her nicely for some towels for the pool she said “ not me ask a housekeeper “ and walked away on her phone. i find this extremely UNPROFESSIONAL even if she wasent a housekeeper she could of found a way too not be rude. or try to give me my things. every other worker i have asked for anything they always smiled and gave it to me without being rude. Other than that rooms very clean and not that far from the beach!

We parked our rental car next door in the public parking lot, $5/day during winter months, much cheaper than the hotel parking. Would definitely stay there again.

She apparently got upset with me because of my “tone,”. I guess this how companies are doing business these days. Avoid them at all costs. Update: Robin, the front desk manager has called the police on me. For no reason. Trying to kick me out although I have a broken neck.

It was less than half an hour to UCLA, but a little better price than most of the places that are closer. And I did get to see Venice Beach.
