  The hotel was excellent, we loved it, service was good, breakfast was the worst ever. To the management at this location, if you are going to offer breakfast, serve food that at least it doesn't taste like plastic, especially the hot items..

  The suite was HUGE! The beds were comfortable. Loved having do much room to spread out in the afternoons and evenings. The couch was comfortable. The kitchen area was separate and the bathroom sink was outside the shower and toilet space making it easy for multiple people to get ready. The location was next to the Bass Pro Shop and a walking mall. There were TONS of dining and shopping options within walking distance, and included a theater. We would definitely stay here again.

  This place was horrible to book a wedding block we had about 19 rooms on our wedding block I had spoken to someone on site about using the conference room the day of for the wedding party to get our make up done there she said it’s available and that they charge $600 but to get in contact with Raquel Hernandez (the sales manager who I booked the block with) about booking it because with my size block she could give a deal on it for a couple of hours. So I emailed Raquel no response for over a week so I called the hotel & asked for her she said this is she & I told her who I was and asked about the conference room which her voice then changed and said to a very rude tone and said I can rent you the conference room it will be $600 for the whole day I told her I spoke with someone that said you could work something out since we had such a big block and still very rudely said that’s not something I can do for you (I know she can because I’ve heard of hotels doing that. I had also asked for adjoining rooms for the wedding party upon booking the block and they said that was fine then when checking in said they did not have adjoining rooms. On site I asked if they had a stool I could use for the make up artist the lady at the front desk said no we don’t have stools here then when going down to coffee I seen stools and I said to my cousin Oh wow look they do have stools and the woman at the counter must have heard me and said rudely yeah we do but not for your use they need to stay down here.

  Travelling from UK to different locations in the US, we stayed overnight at Hampton Suites Manteca and it was wonderful. Check-in was a breeze due to the professionalism of the staff member. Everywhere was spotless and our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and set us up for another day of travelling. We wil definitely stay here again if in the region as it was faultless.
