My room was extremely well presented and for once the shower had better water pressure than my home. Very comfortable experience and friendly staff.

Our bags were taken are of, doors opened, warm greetings, and just exceptional professionalism from everyone! They treated us as A list celebrities! The rooms were spectacular! The bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean! The patio was a very nice bonus with beautiful views! The bathroom is star class and it actually has a TRUE rain shower!!! This will be where I stay each time I come to LA!

But overall it was a nice location with friendly staff. Isaac quintel and drake were particularly helpful. They were always helping with our bags or opening the door. Excellent experience because of them!

One stand out employee is Oma. We happened to stay during a particularly busy part of the hotel's renovation. Because we had my mother in law, as well as our one year old, and 4 year old, I was very concerned about them getting in and out of the entrance. Oma listened and truly heard and understood my concern. Within 15 minutes she had us transferred to another property and had everything worked out. We will definitely stay here when we return. Thank you!

Parking was a bit pricey, but the overall experience was wonderful and absolutely worth it.
