They were nice enough to change our room when we asked. But the new room's blanket also had stains. The positive thing was, great made to order breakfast.

My room had a moldy, old smell to it, and after talking with a colleague who was also staying there, they stated the same thing about their room. The layout is very strange in the 1bedroom King, with the sink being outside of the bathroom, but the bathroom door opening into the sink? The decor in general is very old, and it doesn’t appear as if it’s a priority for them to renovate.

Even in the nicest, most expensive suite, I could hear every single noise in the room next to me. When I couldn't stand the sound of children running around and screaming anymore, I told the front desk. I even offered to downgrade myself to a smaller room to get away from the noise, which I did, though the hotel did not do anything to compensate for my downgrade. Then they put another family with screaming children right next to that room too, and when I called, they said there was nothing they could do, so I had to leave a day early and find another hotel. The pool and hot tub were full of loud, screaming children every day and night, which echoes around the entire courtyard. The breakfast area is full of unsupervised children and disappointing food. Even the coffee - which I desperately needed - was disgusting. Even though I could not enjoy my full stay, the hotel did nothing to make it right. I was told I would receive reimbursement, but never did, even after dealing with the manager. Everyone on staff lied about ever fact, from who was on duty to how many rooms were vacant that day. The management is absolutely unprofessional and rude. Yes, the parents are the ones who deserve 0 stars, but this daycare center of a motel gets 1 star for not doing anything to give their guests a peaceful experience and then doing less than nothing to make it right.
