- SMSudhir MishraDec 20, 20251.0This is an overrated hotel. This hotel is new however the breakfast quality is really bad compared to other homewood suits. Even you complain no one cares. Also the front desk is not at all helpful. I have been trying to reach the front desk using the chat or phone option. No one is answering. We had a medical emergency so wanted to cancel the reservation from 2-3 days before. I couldn’t even reach the front desk. Finally when I called after several minutes someone picked and she said they will charge 1 night as cancellation fee. I am not going to come back.

Not accustomed to being so overtly threatened by hotel management (elevator sign). But alas, this is California after all.
