- AAAnuReviewsNov 11, 20251.0This place is a disgrace to the Hilton brand. Service was beyond pathetic I requested towels multiple times and never got them. The dishwasher was rusty, dishes were stained, and glasses had visible cracks. The shower door kept popping open, and there was no hot water. I reported everything no response. The AC was a nightmare: every time we turned it off a horrible pee-like smell filled the room, and around 2:30 AM we had to turn it off because it was unbearable. We couldn’t sleep all night because of it. I asked for a late checkout and CARMEN at the front desk told me they’d already reached their limit (she said “5 late checkouts for the day”) and that anything beyond 11:00 AM would be an extra charge even though the room clearly states checkout is 12:00 PM. Carmen was rude and dismissive; when I said I’d never stay here again she said, “that’s fine.” They don’t care about guests or their business this property should be ashamed and held accountable

- MTM. A. TaylorSep 25, 20252.0This hotel is overrated, in my opinion. There is no white noise in the room to cancel out doors slamming shut so you will be woken up by early risers. The breakfast was prefab not as good as some other Homewoods. The overall vibe of the hotel is gloomy and needs updating. The views are not inspiring and traffic can be heard in the rooms. The pillows need to be renewed. Felt like tons of people have slept in the beds before, between the mattress and the pillows. The room decor and the grounds are uninspiring for a California hotel. The locale is housing sprawl and commerce, nothing to see or do without driving far. The area is not good for biking or walking with little to see or do. With ample parking, there is no need for the hotel to charge for $20 a day for parking.

It seems they have had a lot of turnover and the new folks are not trained properly. They didn’t ask me if I had a car, didn’t offer me water, really didn’t offer me anything besides asking for my credit card and ID. On a positive note, the cleaning crew still do an outstanding job and I did meet an outlier named Matthew, who is exceptional! Very professional and was very warm and welcoming when you needed something.
