The only issue is the Manager Kevin at the front desk who has a very rude approach to the customers and try’s to talk down to you like he’s in charge of you. I had an interaction with him because of his poor customer service and he should not be in a position of management as his customer service and his approach if very rude and disrespectful.

Furthermore, the beds are very comfortable and the showers have perfect water pressure. I plan to stay at this Hilton site everytime I am in town on business. - SSSteve SnyderSep 2, 20251.0One elevator working on a fully booked holiday weekend. Ac not working during a heat wave and only one maintenance person working. No rooms to move to. My health issues were exasperated by the heat and Carmen and Matthew ignored the severity of my situation. Extremely disappointed in all aspects except Sabrina who seemed to be the only team member with the ability to do anything, but even then, made us wait around to move our belongings to a different room, on a different floor, with the wait for the elevator taking 15 plus minutes. Thank goodness for my incredible husband for taking care of me. He needs a vacation from the vacation. It you have read this far and are still considering the place, they have a charge of $20/night for parking. It might look cheaper than others next to it, but they get you by nickle and diming you. And what place that serves breakfast on a holiday doesn't extend the hours????

With how much you can do on the Hilton app things are pretty seamless and if you don't want to interact with the staff you don't have to. When we came in the check in line was really long, so I greatly appreciated having the digital key. We did encounter that the power in the room was enabled by a card holder, so we did get a physical room key for that reason. All we did was sleep there, so I can't speak to a lot of the amenities. The TV didn't happen to have the channel we wanted to watch NWSL (ion), but I was able to setup my streaming stick and that solved our problem. The hotel seemed newly done and was clean. We had no problems with our room. The breakfast on the weekend started at 7AM which was too late for our early morning soccer game, so I went out to Krazy Eddies for bagel sandwiches.
