One of the multiple hotels at this convenient location with good number of businesses across the street and a gas station close by. Rooms are clean and modern, nice sized TV and thermostat and hot/cold water were working when I stayed. Lobby is pretty nice and shared with the Homewood Suites. Breakfast was okay (no service), but coffee a little cold and a little watery. The standout feature (not in a good way) was the bathroom sink with faucet to the right instead of being centered in front of you. Don't know if it was standard here or just in my room, but was inconvenient, especially for let handed folks. Tip: they have "insert key card to turn lights on in the room" feature so don't just do digital key, get physical one(s)!

This has got to be the most expensive dump i have ever been to. The rooms are set up so stupidly that you cannot shower or turn on the light into the bathroom with toilet and shower without turning on the entire vanity light outside the shower/toilet that is directly beside the bed. So no shitting or showering without waking everyone else up. Also the lights in the room same way. Theres no dim or light lighting its either full blast bright or nothing. Housekeeping was requested after they missed the prior days request, 8.5 hours later I returned to dirty room smell like garbage. Twice I requested housekeeping that never happened. When you stay an entire week with a small child, i want housekeeping at least every other day if not daily like other places I have stayed. Here they say no, only every 3 days. What do i pay so much for? Oh yes and they nickel and dime you, $20 to park but a huge empty lot. They also have other hidden fees like tourist fee? Free breakfast? Its the worst breakfast ever. The waffles were so crispy that crumbled when you touched them, the only eggs one day was western omelette, no choices in the matter. Its pretty bad. Seriously Hampton, this is my last stay. Garbage disposal never did work (why dont they check it between stays???) and then started leaking so maintenance had to replace that, no windows to open for fresh air. I even brought my own air purifier because this place is so smelly and not in a good way. Do better Hilton. The only reason two stars is because full fridge that actually worked.

The Rooms are very clean and comfortable, the hotel is very updated and good price. The only issue is the Manager Kevin at the front desk who has a very rude approach to the customers and try’s to talk down to you like he’s in charge of you. I had an interaction with him because of his poor customer service and he should not be in a position of management as his customer service and his approach if very rude and disrespectful.

Almost great but the thermostat in the room was horrible. Don’t know if it had to do with motion but no matter where I would set it, would re-adjust. Hotel should invest in better thermostats.
