Cold jet tub sucked. The floors squeak and the elevator door seems to stick. The staff is srude and told us we would have to pay for breakfast even though we are diamond members. Also for honeymoon suit we had a shared balcony that was very inconvenient for us wanting to be intimate. We could hear everybody in room next to us and across the hall.

After 10 PM, report noisey neighbors to the front desk for action. Another drawback is the limited parking. Nearby Jackson city parking (under City Hall) is provide to patrons and employees.

My room was spotless and cozy, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the whole atmosphere carried that rare sense of calm you only find in places with real history. A special thank you to Ian and Kara for going above and beyond during my stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made me feel truly valued and at home. Whether it was sharing local stories or checking to be sure I had everything I needed, they made the experience unforgettable. I’ll definitely return — this hotel is a real gem in the heart of Jackson.
