We had a great one night stay! Rooms were super clean, high end toiletries, and we had heated floors in our bathroom (unsure if this is all rooms or just the honeymoon suite). Note, the city view patios are not private, it’s shared across the second floor. Was not a problem, kinda cool. This was the first hotel tv I’d come across that actually had all streaming services accessible (some had to log in, but HBO was free!).
What really made our stay was the bar downstairs. Fun place to have a few drinks and stumble back up to your room. Bartender, Carl, was the absolute best - so fun, made great drinks, and worked so hard considering how busy it was. He deserves a raise. Food was great - especially the steak medallions!
From check in to check out, we had a great experience.

Had a disappointing experience due to a very unprofessional female bartender. My friend was seated at the bar waiting to get more coke in her drink, she began chatting with an older gentleman, he told us he was almost 90, who was also seated at the bar. The bartender came to our table and made rude, unnecessary comments implying my friend was trying to “get a date,” even telling us the man was “taken.” She made several other comments over the course of the evening which were just as inappropriate.
It was uncomfortable, and completely out of line. We came out to enjoy ourselves, not be judged or talked down to by staff.

I went with 2 of my great friends for a few drinks. Our night was really soured by a very unprofessional bartender. My friend was getting more coke in her drink and chatting politely with an older gentleman at the bar. The bartender came to our table making rude, unnecessary comments, implying my friend was trying to “get a date” and saying the man was “taken.” When my friend returned later to order another drink, the bartender refused to even acknowledge her. The whole interaction was disrespectful and completely out of line. We came to relax, not be judged or ignored by staff. It was as if she was jealous or no one was allowed to converse with him. She doesn't own anyone and to be so rude and ask if she had gotten a date was way out of line. Then to further talk is he taken and she knows his girlfriend was so uncomfortable and unnecessary.

Perfect location and the stay was worth it. I have to admit that I was a little bit concerned after reading the recent reviews but the stay turned out to be quite the opposite. We had hot water coming in from the taps all day long and the parking was also convenient. The staff did a pretty great job addressing all our queries. Definitely worth the money and time.Thank you!
