Terrible place. First of all itโ€™s hard to find because nowhere on their website or anywhere else does it indicate that they are changing their name to Anthem. As a result, you drive by three times, through sketchy neighborhoods off the main drag, until you finally locate the front desk phone number and they inform you of the name change. Secondly, they donโ€™t tell you until you check in that the parking is $55 extra. Thatโ€™s nearly half the room rate. Thirdly, I specifically book hotels with the fitness center. This hotel is all torn up and when I asked where the fitness center was, all ready to go work out, they informed me it is under construction. Great โ€“ nothing like a 4 mile walk through the previously mentioned sketchy neighborhoods. And the place is noisy as hell. Thin walls and loud doors are not a good mix.

The location is excellent. However, the room seems newly renovated and the smell from the new furniture was a bit uncomfortable. The door handle was broken, and even though I reported it to the front desk, no one came to fix it during my three-day stay. I put up with it since I was mainly here to watch the game

They are changing names to Anthem that was a little confusing at first. Hotel was extremely busy with football and basketball games. We arrived early and actually got in a couple hours before check in. Location for going to see Chargers/Rams or the Clippers is amazing. We didnโ€™t have a car but they have valet parking it is pretty expensive. It does smell like weed outside the hotel and in some halls not in our rooms though. Rooms were clean and ac was working well. The shower is a little weird itโ€™s open so water gets on the floor no mater what. There is a pool with chairs & umbrellas it was clean.

The staff from Manager to maintenance people are so impressive, friendly and HELPFUL, in add the location is so propriety convenient cause in the front you have a farms market on Sundays, near to bus station and next to Stadium, the hotel offers a hot pool and normal big pool and the rooms are so beautiful and modern. Thank you so much specific to girl pregnant that help me and the manager. God bless you

Pros: The young lady (African queen) that checked me in; the rooms are nice/new; waiters: Isaac+ E(like the vowel) he explains to me( I was tipsy by then, so it was hilarious!! Cons: I paid $137 + $100(hold)+ an $85 Lyft ride to escape the chaos+ surroundings of Hollywood??; walls are thin; in her efforts to provide me with a room in an area where she stated there was little to no foot traffic......the people in the next room commenced to have intercourse while I could hear every word/sound; the bed continuously knocked at the wall๐Ÿ˜ฌ๐Ÿ˜ค. I fear by the atmosphere and location that this will live up to the stigma HOE-TEL sooner than later๐Ÿซค. There's no smoking inside, yet the smell of weed saturating the air made up for it๐Ÿ˜’; the wifi is not high speed? 11:47am I just checked out. Everything went smoothly & fast!! Ebony assisted me. She was pleasant and professional. I even asked for a business card just in case I didn't get my deposit back. Surprisingly it posted to my account immediately!! All is well when you don't mess with my money ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚!
