The front desk clerk seemed to be overwhelmed as more guests were trying to check in. He did not mention the room would not be cleaned or serviced unless otherwise requested. On our 3rd day I asked the front desk to make sure our room was clean that day. We were then finally informed of their housekeeping policy and that we needed to make a request the night before. I told front desk we were not informed at check in. Their was also no signs posted anywhere in the room or front desk of this policy. The front desk, Monse, said she would ask housekeeping if they could squeeze our room in. Thankfully she was able to convince the staff of our situation and our room was serviced. Thank you to Monse, she was kind and helped us out. We plan on returning in the near future. Also they have a nice little dog area behind the hotel, which was great for our very active blue heeler.
