    So, a nice new hotel. We checked in on Thursday- checking out Monday. We are Hilton Honors members and enjoy staying in Hilton properties monthly. When we we checked in we were told we would have our room every other day. Saturday, no service yet. I ask the maid on the floor if she will be servicing our room and she says we are not on the list. No problem, trade our soiled towels and trash. Ask front desk fir service next day and get none. We ask why and they claim we posted the Do Not Disturb sign, which we have never used as we were gone all day???? I demanded new linens and towels and have now changed my own bed. If this is what Hilton is going towards, we will shop other hotel companies. Totally disappointed

    I really liked that coffee was always available in the lobby, and it was convenient that the room had a microwave and a refrigerator. Even though the freeway was nearby, the room was quiet thanks to the double-pane windows, which was great. I also really enjoyed the free breakfast, especially the omelets and waffles. One downside was that the jacuzzi was not available, probably because it was winter, so I couldn’t relax after golf as much as I had hoped. However, since it’s a new building, everything was very clean, and overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

    Very little sound insulation and the toilet seat was loose and wobbly. Continental breakfast was fine and the location was perfect for what we needed.

    So this is our FIRST review. But this is the second time we stayed here in a week in between travels. We came back this second time because it was a GREAT PLACE TO STAY. The service, the rooms, the cleanliness, and the breakfast was good. GREAT JOB Hampton. Today is-12-12-25 Miguel helped us check in. His customer service was EXCELLENT. He deserves recognition for his excellent customer service, courteousness, compassionate, and above and beyond customer service skills. Without GREAT service like his, there's NO BUSINESS. People highly look at reviews now before they stay anywhere... Please acknowledge your GREAT EMPLOYEE Miguel. I'm sure there's others as well, because it takes a GREAT TEAM to provide a GREAT BUSINESS. I will definitely stay again if in the area... GREAT JOB HAMPTON. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER..DONT FORGET to acknowledge your GREAT EMPLOYEES 😊

    I am a loyal Hilton Honors Diamond member and have been for numerous years. This hotel is privately owned and therefore kinda does its own thing. It charged me $14.28 after the fact, after I checked out for what they described as a tourism fee. This fee was never disclosed at the time of reservation and was charged to my personal card (not my company’s) without my knowledge or authorization. This hotel is a scam!!
