- LLLacy Lovick1 day ago1.0This hotel was a bait and switch MOTEL. The photos posted of this hotel are not what it looks like in real life. The outside/rooms aren’t closed like in the pictures. It was a motel and you could hear people yelling outside at all hours of the night. It was dirty and I didn’t feel safe there. The prices are ridiculously high for the quality of place it is. We were so disappointed when we arrived. The room itself was decent but the bathroom was a little dirty. The windows and doors were so thin that you could hear everything outside that was going on on the street.

Rooms close to Highland or near restaurant kitchen are noisy. Bathroom in our room smelled smoky and sour from multiple substances. We advised front desk. Not the restful hotel experience we were hoping for. Won’t stay here again and can’t recommend.

We did asked on second night as everything was wet. No bfast and the cafe next door is very expensive and portion are small. 2 eggs 2 thin sausages and grated potato ( littel) are $17 . No tost nothing with it. Very disappointed 😞. Parking was on offer for a $20 per night. For 1 night - perfect. Sorry just shocked with no room service.
