SCAMMERS! Don’t book online, it’s a trap! My partner and I booked a three-night getaway at the Hilton as a diamond honor for frequent travelers. We called to modify the booking shortly after making it on the Hilton app. We simply wanted the booking to be moved a day later. The front desk assured us that the change had been noted and instructed us to call in the morning to confirm it when the manager was available.
The next day, we noticed that we were checked in and given a room number on the app, even though we hadn’t arrived yet and were still three hours away. We called the manager to confront her, but she was extremely rude and dismissive. She hung up on me and claimed that the general manager was busy and unreachable, and that there was nothing they could do about the booking since we were already checked in! She insisted that their bookings were final and could only be changed seven days before check-in time, as per their policy.
We were shocked by the audacity of the hotel staff to charge us and check us in before we even showed up. In my entire 15 years of staying at Hilton hotels, I’ve never had a hotel check me in before I arrived.
To make matters worse, the manager, Christine, was unprofessional and threatening. She made sure to give me her name so that I could escalate the issue to Hilton as if they had done nothing wrong! Someone with zero hospitality skills should not be a manager at a hotel, and I’m sure she’s deterring half of their customers. She made up a story about a system update and claimed that they had to check us in before running the update, as the bookings would be erased otherwise! We never showed up and unfortunately paid for the stay. Hilton honors were apologetic and ashamed of such disgusting behavior by this hotel!

I don’t appreciate having to pay for parking in such a average facility where space was not at a premium. Just another one of those frustrating add-ons to make the facility another hundred thousand dollars a year in additional fees.

One of the best places my family and I have ever stayed! The Lodge at Healdsburg isn’t the cheapest, but the moment you arrive, you understand exactly what you’re paying for. Everything is incredibly comfortable, stylish, and — most importantly — spotless. We were absolutely thrilled!
The only thing that felt a bit odd was the extra charge for parking. I get it when breakfast isn’t included, but parking… really, guys?
Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for a combination of comfort, style, and top-notch cleanliness!

Nice room until I had to take a shower but there was no hot water.
My fireplace did not work. Called maintenance twice.
They brought me pliers because the knob was stripped. Such a joke. Nice maintenance guy though.
Very little what came from it and the imitation flame was so low you had to look closely for it.
Parking for 10.00 a day was stupid. Plenty of street parking very close .
Beds were somewhat comfortable.
Most annoying part was they charge for there drip coffee in the lobby.
I just had the coffee in the room.

Place is under new management and has been remodeled. Everything is clean, but it's a dated old motel at heart. Stinks there are not better options around this immediate area. We get stuck staying here more than we'd like which is a decent descriptor of this hotel. Just meh.
