*** Great Value With a Few Small Issues** The room was comfortable and the TV included streaming services, which was a nice modern touch. The A/C worked well and kept the room at a perfect temperature, and the noise level was very low—about a 3/10—so I was able to get good rest. There were a few areas that could use improvement. The shower pressure was *way* too strong, which made showering less comfortable. There was also no bag in the trash can (unhygienic), and the small in-room amenities like hand soap and other toiletries weren’t fully stocked when I arrived. None of these were deal-breakers, but noticeable. Overall, it’s a solid stay for the price, and with a few minor fixes it could be even better.

We had a great stay at this hotel for two nights! My favorite part was the TV being fully stocked with streaming services and all - everything worked and it was easy to use. The room was clean and comfortable, and the AC ran very cold which I love. Didn't get to use the pool or hot tub unfortunately, but love the idea of it being available. Carlos at the front desk was amazing and provided excellent service. The small snack shop in the lobby was also perfect for late night snacks!

Yikes. This place is really a dump. I can't believe it's a HGI; this is making me re-evaluate my idea of the brand. It's Motel 6 level; nothing I would ever associate with a Hilton economy property. Think the motel from Planes, Trains, and Automobiles: it's that bad. Note: I see that many of these same issues are specifically mentioned in older reviews, followed by empty promises from management to take them into consideration. They clearly haven't and don't, so please ignore those and expect the problems to persist! Everything is the room is ancient (looks like 80s or early 90s), destroyed (scratched up, peeling), broken (drawers hanging open, panels falling off, legs crooked and collapsing). The bathtub is disgusting and doesn't drain, so you have to stand there in inches of water while you shower. The towels look like they're decades old, dingy, threadbare, stiff, thin, and half the size they should be. The air in the bathroom doesn't seem to exhaust anywhere or circulate at all. The toilet is leaking nasty water all over the floor. The hair dryer blows about as hot as a spring breeze; it's like trying to dry your hair by having a dog pant on it for an hour. The room doesn't look clean. The door is thin and has a huge gap under it, so all the light and noise from the hallway just pours inside the room. The only 'climate control' is one of those old under-the-window swamp cooler types from the 1970s that makes the air clammy and gross no matter what temperature it is. The "free wifi" is heavily throttled, so don't try to get anything done. In short, it's just grim.
