Was supposed to stay here 3 nights and canceled after the first night when I woke up to beg bugs climbing all over me, took me begging and pleading with both Hilton corporate and the Doubletree to get a $400 refund for the nights I didn’t stay and finally received it over a month later thanks to over many persistent calls on my end. Spent hundreds of dollars replacing items I had to throw away thanks to the bed bug infestation. I tried to follow up to make sure they had taken care of the issue and was never given a clear answer so travelers beware.
