There was next to no water pressure in the shower. I've noticed this at some other Hilton Hotels as well. Not sure it's the showerhead being clogged or just weak presssure provided by the facility, but I found this unacceptable for a $165/night hotel.

Had a reservation here October 17-19. When I called and spoke to Izzy that we would not physically be at the hotel the night of the 17th due to an emergency, she assured us that is fine since we were already checked in via the app, with our room still waiting to be prepared around 4:00pm. Izzy assured us that our reservation was still fine and she said, “we will see you tomorrow.” Well it came to Saturday, October 18 and I check the app, my reservation is gone, so I called the hotel and spoke with Katie, who said that our reservation was marked as a no call no show after being told by Izzy we were fine with our reservation since we were already checked in. I asked Katie to have the manager call me since she was incapable of helping us, she assured me the manager would call me that night or the next day. Well it’s been over a week and I have yet to hear from the manager after numerous calls and emails, somehow this manager is conveniently always “in a meeting” when I call. This is very disappointing and a put a bad taste in my mouth with Hilton, especially since I am a Hilton Honors Silver member as well as a credit card holder for Hilton and choose Hilton as my preference when traveling for work, however that will now change due to the poor customer service experience Hilton displays towards their members.

t seems this hotel has chosen to employ staff skilled in lies and deception rather than customer service. In particular, Anish, who typically works the night shift, told me upon arrival that I had been assigned an accessible room. However, when I checked, the room was not accessible. I returned to the front desk and reminded him that this had already been confirmed by another staff member, Ezzi. Instead of correcting the issue, Anish suggested I move to the hotel next door and promised me a refund.
I agreed and relocated to the Hampton Inn. Unfortunately, Anish not only lied about the accessible room but also failed to initiate the refund process, as later confirmed by Priceline. I left two messages for the hotel manager, Kamran Khan, but he never returned my calls. This lack of accountability suggests the hotel’s culture and service standards have deteriorated under his management.
