- BMB MOct 25, 20251.0Our room was broken into during our stay at this hotel (on 10/23/2025) in the early hours of the morning while I was in the room sleeping. A man watched my husband leave our room to head down for breakfast and entered our room using a master keycard. He did not work there to my knowledge and should not have had access to a staff all access keycard. The security here is non existent. This intruder was able to walk up and down the halls freely waiting for people to leave their hotel room. At least one other room was also robbed. Fortunately, I walked away unharmed but it was a very traumatic experience and has had me looking over my shoulder and on edge ever since this happened a couple of days ago. We had to wait hours for the general manager to show up who didn't seem to have any actual empathy at all with this very serious situation. Do better. This is not okay, and please for the safety of your guests, increase your security. At the very minimum MONITOR THE CAMERAS. I saw a suspicious man (not in hotel uniform) walking up and down the halls the day I checked in earlier in the week and should have taken that as a sign this place was not safe.

The bathroom had old urine on the base of the toilet, and our room was full of random hair. The sheets were stained but clean minus the hair removal. Several things were broken, and it only had one light for the entire room. The mattresses were old and stained. We had no choice to stay because of our situation. We had to move rooms and the second one was a bit better. Some of the staff were great but others were not very helpful or friendly. We were charged double for our room, but they resolved that. I would stay somewhere else if I were you.

However, they do have many options to choose from. The gym was also very clean. This hotel staff is very much the most accommodating staff I have encountered in a long time. Very refreshing!
