- SSSDec 26, 20252.0Im officially done with Hampton. Room had no bathroom fan, can't open a window anywhere. The entire place smells like PVOCs and cleaning products to make u nauseous. Mold found in the bathroom. We checked out within an hour of checking in. This place needs to be gutted and remodeled before they get sued for causing health issues. Not to mention the room was clearly not cleaned well, dirty desk with greasy sticky fingermarks and hair in the bed. No thanks Hampton, im done with your below par dumps

- BMB MOct 25, 20251.0Our room was broken into during our stay at this hotel (on 10/23/2025) in the early hours of the morning while I was in the room sleeping. A man watched my husband leave our room to head down for breakfast and entered our room using a master keycard. He did not work there to my knowledge and should not have had access to a staff all access keycard. The security here is non existent. This intruder was able to walk up and down the halls freely waiting for people to leave their hotel room. At least one other room was also robbed. Fortunately, I walked away unharmed but it was a very traumatic experience and has had me looking over my shoulder and on edge ever since this happened a couple of days ago. We had to wait hours for the general manager to show up who didn't seem to have any actual empathy at all with this very serious situation. Do better. This is not okay, and please for the safety of your guests, increase your security. At the very minimum MONITOR THE CAMERAS. I saw a suspicious man (not in hotel uniform) walking up and down the halls the day I checked in earlier in the week and should have taken that as a sign this place was not safe.
