    I’ve stayed at this location recently for weeks at a time and thought it was a good place until a week after checking out I was charged an additional 300$ that they have no record of. When first calling in. About it the lady I spoke with did initially say she saw the charge then when speaking with a manger about it he couldn’t find anything. I also forgot a ring as well I remember taking it off to wash my hands and forgetting to pick it up and they can’t find that either. John the manager was nothing but rude not helpful or empathetic at all that not only did I lose a ring in his establishment and it’s not there anymore but he apparently can’t see the extra 300$ that we were charged. I’ve called numerous times and everytime he continues to talk over me is extremely rude doesn’t apologize not one time for the over charge or the missing ring. Simply says “well my housekeeping wouldn’t steal” obviously someone took the ring I know I left it on top of the coffee pot when there. I just recently called in again for the 7th time for him to hang up on me. I simply stated he wasn’t being professional at all and was being extremely rude and for that he hung up.

    I have been calling for days because I was overcharged another week when I had checked out. Called and received someone who wasn’t the manager but did indeed see the double charge she stated to call back when the manager was in I called in a hour later for him to tell me that he sees no extra charge of over 300$ I stated that makes no since because the lady who was just a employee not a manager saw the extra charge. He stated he would look further into the account and to call back I’ve been trying to call back for hours now and no one is picking up the phone very poor customer service as well as I left a ring in the room and not only did the manager not have access to lost and found but he told me to call back when housekeeping was in I have called over 8x within different hours where housekeeping is in and no one is answering the calls. It’s not like it was under a 100$ this was well over that. I’m getting no where to where I am now gonna have to dispute with my bank because I have received no help and the manager was very rude saying that he couldn’t just look into the account he had customers to deal with. Mind you i have stayed for weeks at a time in this place I was very much a customer.

    David Ochs (maintenance supervisor) went above and beyond in helping us locate a family heirloom that was lost in our room. We feared it went down the drain and he came and kindly opened the plumbing so that we could look to see if they were there. Fortunately, it was a great outcome and we were very relieved to have our family heirloom back. He was kind, professional, calm, and really helped solve the problem while keeping us calm! Thank you Dave!
