This experience started off well with booking and then became a disappointment after check-in.
Unfortunate I don’t remember names of employees but the person we talked on the phone with to book our room was incredibly helpful. We were initially going to book our room online (my husband and I and our toddler) but we’re having difficulty with the 3rd party website so we decided to call the hotel directly and book the room for a night with a concierge instead. This employee was quick and understanding and actually honored the room price that was offered on the 3rd party website, he also said we had the free breakfast included and for anyone with a toddler that’s actually a big deal, mornings in a new place run a lot more smoothly.
When we arrive to our destination we are about 30mins early for check in so we call ahead and ask if we can check in early to set our bags in the room before heading off to a Friendsgiving. We were told the room was ready and we absolutely can check in early, no issues there and again a very helpful employee.
Once we arrive to settle in for the night we find there is no parking. After driving around for a while we finally get a space and unload a very overtired toddler for much needed sleep. The lobby and surrounding halls are filled with incredibly loud and obnoxious intoxicated people. Perhaps there was an event, I wish there was a heads up before booking especially since they put us on the ground floor. I figured no big deal the bar closes at 10 this should settle down soon. Well into the evening and early morning there was still shouting throughout the halls of belligerent people, so loud it disrupts my toddlers sleep as well as my own. Then after a rough and restless night we find out that “because we booked through a 3rd party we do not have breakfast included”. Which is the opposite of what we were told when we spoke to an actual employee of the hotel to book the room! There’s no use in arguing because I’m sure there was some code used in the POS when the initial person honored the price of the 3rd party website. Since we only stayed one night it didn’t seem worth it to make a big deal out of the entire experience so instead I’m writing a review to inform future customers. I personally will not be staying here again.
Aside from the personal experience of the environment, the rooms aren’t very clean. There’s marks on the curtains that look like drops of blood, strange green splatter on the walls in the bathroom area and the overall smell of the room has a hint of mildew with isopropyl alcohol.
Parking is a nightmare, probably the major downside of being near a lot of popular shopping areas and possibly from holiday events hosted at the hotel.
The room and overall experience with staff, other guests, and lack of amenities was the biggest disappointment.
We should have gone with our first choice which was the Marriott courtyard across the overpass. I’ve stayed with that company before and the experience was a little better. Although I’m not sure they include breakfast.

For the price, there were some services that were missed. The breakfast options compared to other 3 star hotels seem a little expensive. The room is outdated in some respects. The cleaning staff does not come around as they should. My stay was for 2 nights. Did not receive fresh towels. No trash emptied. No bed service. The tub shower combo I have not seen in years. There was no complimentary breakfast, just coffee. In an average 3 star you get at least continental breakfast included.

I went to a gala event tonight and it was absolutely beautiful! Food was delicious and service was wonderful! Chris and Leo really took good care of me and my family at the event today. 10/10 would recommend.

There are currently renovations taking place when I visited last week so this is from that perspective. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and I did not spot any issues with damage or misaligned elements in the room.

Under construction, but they couldn't have been nicer. I was concerned about breakfast but we got a 12 $ deal w the breakfast and it was top notch. Beers were cheaper at Chevy but that environment wasn't calming after a long drive. Nice stay.
