I am excited about the impending renovations. I asked for automatic blinds and foot warmers in the mattress. We'll see if they incorporate my wish.

The breakfast was okay cut off time at 9 is early for me. The gym is small and does not have mats, the peloton is not connected and requires a subscription, one of the two running machines is broken. The worst thing was finding dirty socks in my room!! I do not believe they cleaned it before I stayed. The bathroom was extremely stinky (mildew and pee). I could not sleep well felt like I had bugs crawling on me. If you want a restful night of sleep do not book here!!

I always check in online in advance so that I can use the digital key system right away, but my digital key didn't arrive for either stay, so I had to go to the desk anyway. The first time, I had to jump through some hoops to get fully checked in, including presenting a credit card (which is very rarely required of me since I mostly book prepaid reservations), and the employee seemed a little frazzled from dealing with the check-in issues of the customer before me—I waited in line about 15 minutes. The second time, a different staff member was very polite accommodating, checked me in with no issues, and also offered some great recommendations for sights and bites to eat. That's true service!
