Our hotel room was in terrible condition — it was nearly 80 degrees and had a strong, musty odor when we arrived. Everything felt dated and unclean, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The front desk staff were unhelpful; when we called for assistance with a non-working TV remote, no one ever followed up. This is not the quality or service I expect from Hilton, and after multiple disappointing experiences with this chain, I don’t think I’ll be booking with them again.

We had to get creative when driving in and taking side streets. Hotel is clean and offers an indoor pool which loked milky, also a gym, and the best part is the daily breakfast buffet which served different hot options. Staff was welcoming. Rooms were spacious and clean. Parking is under the building and we were able to park there for an extra daily fee.

Front desk- impeccable customer service from Ricardo, Daniela, Carlos. Kitchen staff Ms. Vicky(that’s my name too..lol), and Emma wonderful. As food was getting low didn’t have to wait long for refills. We love the customer service, breakfast, housekeeping, parking, cleanliness, and most of all the witnesses even though we were by the busy airport and highway. Keep up the good work.
