Here’s a clean, polished five-star review that gets right to the point and highlights exactly what made him stand out:

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Review for Adolfo
Adolfo was incredible. We arrived early, well before check-in, and our room wasn’t ready yet. He told us he’d keep an eye on availability and encouraged us to relax in the lobby. Within minutes — truly less than five — he found an available room and got us checked in. He was friendly, proactive, and genuinely wanted to help. That kind of service makes a huge difference. Thank you, Adolfo!

The entrance and main sitting areas are spacious and welcoming. The rooms are the standard comfortable Embassy rooms, however the cleanliness is not up to Embassy standards. Stayed in room 207 which had dusty lamps and cabinets, a bathroom sink with a slow drain and a sink with poor water pressure, stained upholstery on the furniture in the living room. I wiped everything down with clorox wipes, even the dusty lamps. It's evident this location doesn't have enough staff as rooms were still being cleaned after the 4pm "guaranteed" check in time and many still weren't ready. The on site restaurant only had one server who was overwhelmed with 8 tables. I felt bad for him since he had no help.
The parking is ridiculous at $45 a night. There is free street parking directly in front of the hotel but pay attention to the signs since street sweeping is done on Mondays and Tuesdays between 8am-10am. Of course don't leave any valuables in your vehicle if you plan to park on the street since it puts you at high risk for a break in. We saw a car with a broken widow parked on the street when we left in the morning.
The breakfast was good, had a veggie omelet. The bartender at the evening social was fantabulous and was making drinks based on what I asked for. (Fruity, orange, etc)
Overall this was okay for a one night stay post cruise that was only 6min away from the airport, but I wouldn't want to stay here for multiple nights. This location needs some TLC.

I definitely recommend staying here!! Free made to order breakfast, evening reception, friendly and amazing staff, clea clean clean!! Transportation to and from LAX also! Parking is horrible so I suggest paying for parking but if you're like me..I found a parking spot on the street. Took some time and patience but its doable! Now, I paid for a balcony room hoping to sit out and eat bkfst but its impossible. The balcony is for decoration because its not made for standing, sitting or relaxing. Its that small!!! Thats about my only and most important complaint. The balcony room isnt really a balcony room at all. Overall this place is absolutely beautiful and we had an amazing stay!!

Review:
Embassy Suites by Hilton Los Angeles International Airport South is very close to the airport which makes it convenient for short stays or early flights. The location is the main advantage. The hotel itself feels a bit dated and the atmosphere is not very impressive. Some areas look worn and could use updates. Still the staff is polite and the check in is easy. It works for a quick overnight stay but it does not feel very comfortable for a longer visit.

Started with a full entry circle of parked cars so a bit hard to unload. Very long check in line with digital key not working. But the lovely Shirley was able to check us in quickly once we got to the desk. Rooms are really nice. All 2 room suites. Some notes. The tv does not allow Prime or Netflix login. Bathroom fan always on. But otherwise clean, comfy beds, nice staff (bartender Jose a delight) Recommend but it gets very busy at the check in desk.
