Only the location is good. Everything else deserves a zero—customer service, receptionist, food—nothing is good in this hotel.
I would not recommend using their shuttle service to the airport. They lost my luggage and blamed it on me, claiming it was my responsibility. I ended up traveling without any of my belongings.
On a positive note, they did eventually find my luggage. However, they didn’t tell me where it was or send me any picture to confirm it was mine. Even though I asked them to ship it to my new hotel, they refused, and at some point, they stopped answering my calls altogether. Very rude and unprofessional.
For almost $200 USD per night, you can definitely choose a much better hotel with competent and professional customer service.

My most recent stay here I had left 2 gold necklaces on the counter when checking out. I called almost immediately after check out asking to hold them as I was in my way back to get them when I was told there wasn’t anything left behind. I know for a fact these necklaces were left on the counter. I called today (a week later) and got told they still hadn’t turned up. I don’t trust it, be careful and triple check you have all your belongings as they come up missing immediately.

This hotel was supposed to be the setting for an unforgettable trip, but luckily, that didn't happen, and I'm incredibly glad about it.
I booked a room in advance through the Go Hilton Team Member program, as I had friends visiting from different parts of the world. We successfully waited until check-in time, and upon arrival, we learned that you can only check into this hotel if you are 21 years old! Naturally, there was no warning about this, and the staff offered no alternatives. I think it was perfectly clear from our faces that we were very upset by this news, but even the manager, with whom, according to the receptionist, it would be possible to negotiate, simply came over and repeated the same information, despite the fact that I ALSO WORK at Hilton. When I called customer service, I was told that such a policy is ONLY POSSIBLE IN HOTELS WITH A BAR. This hotel did not have a bar. Thank you for allowing us to stay for one night, and even that was enough to experience the full range of negative emotions from the hotel in all aspects: from communication to repairs and service. Also note that this hotel requires a $100 deposit per night, which I consider excessively high given the condition of the hotel. We checked in. The corridors had dirty carpets, terribly painted doors, on which, surprisingly, a new (new specifically for this hotel) card lock system was installed. Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant smell. As it turned out later, it was the smell of stagnant water. I believe that my friends' room was completely NOT prepared for occupancy, which I was very ashamed of, as I had promised something completely different, since I chose Hilton. The room probably wasn't even vacuumed; I know they don't do that because the staff doesn't have enough time for all the rooms, and they cut corners on one of the cleaning stages. But I have a feeling that they simply remade the bed, and that's it. The sink had hair in it, there were traces of bodily fluids, a dirty shower curtain, dust, dirty bed linen, an unmade bed (the sheet was simply crumpled up, with another sheet laid on top), all the plumbing had water stains from the previous guest, several towels that should have been in the room were missing, and there was dust everywhere that hadn't been wiped away for weeks. It was a terribly neglected room. I wouldn't want to show my friends where I work if this is the kind of room we offer. Photos below.

We asked for a quiet room in the reservation but of course we’re given a room next to the elevator and the housekeeping closet, facing south above the buildings HVAC unit. It sounded like we were sleeping inside a semi truck engine each night. Room smelled like sewer. We did not have on-brand sheets. Or room never got cleaned. One night at 1 in the morning a neighboring rooms fire alarm went off for an hour. Staff did not answer the phone. Hilton needs to pull the flags off this hotel.
My partner and I stayed at this Double Tree by Hilton from December 22nd through December 29th for the holidays. Unfortunately, I booked this through Priceline and assumed it would live up to the typical Double Tree standard but I was wrong. All of the bad Google reviews are accurate and fair. Things you need to know: 1. There are NO safe deposit/security safes in any of the rooms; so, if you have anything valuable with you, you’ll need to take it with you every time you leave the room; 2. We noticed on two nights that someone went into our room while we were out but no maintenance was performed (i.e. bed was not made, trash cans were full, and no replenished towels). We actually changed rooms after the first night due to noticing someone was in our room. And, then somebody on staff entered the second room we switched to but again, no maintenance was performed. Obviously, the staff is aware every time a room is entered and/or exited, so they have some criminals working there; 3. They have a plumbing/sewage problem throughout the building. The water running from every faucet smelled of rotten eggs. We started using bottled water for duck baths because their water broke out our skin; 4. This hotel rates itself at 4-stars and after staying there, that’s comical. It’s a 2-star hotel.
I don’t know how this place is getting away with being in the Double Tree Collection, when it’s clearly a Motel 6 at best. Oh, and the hallways smell like a cross between a dirty dish rag and McDonald’s breakfast. Certainly, for the price you can get a higher quality hotel.
