- MRMargie RiosDec 29, 20253.0Our stay at this hotel was on 12/25-12/26 2025. The place is very nice and has alot of accomodations. But as we went into our room, I pulled out the pillows to relax on, and I found a long, black hair. Yuk! Maybe it wasn't fresh linens but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. So now it's time for showers and there's no shampoo in dispenser. Breakfast buffet wasn't appealing and very scarce compare to the Redlands. Ca one where they had such a huge selection of items. (My mother stayed there...that's how I know). And that is why I give you a 3 star rating. Oh, I did complain to the front desk guy but Im sure he did nothing about it.

From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome and appreciated. I noticed the attention to the small details that made my business trip feel a little like being at home. I can't imagine staying at another hotel in the Imperial Valley area.
