The front desk staff are fantastic. All were very kind and helpful. This is by far one of the best Hilton properties I've ever stayed in. The housekeeping staff were accommodating and kept the room immaculate. Pamela in the kitchen, spoke to me every day. She is kind and keeps everything running smoothly.
I wish I could put into words the way this hotel has set a new standard for me.

Update: Talked with hotel because we will likely be back in the area for work more often now..Hotel front desk apologized and assured us any issues have been addressed. Thank you! .
Mixed feelings on this Hilton brand hotel. Room was nice and comfy..little cleaner than some other locations. Water pressure in shower was awful but at the kitchenette sink is was too powerful.. sprayed all over the kitchen. The gym was ok..kinda small for a home2suites but made it work. Laundry room was ok also..one dryer out of order so took twice as long to do two loads. I had two main issues during our stay ..one that there was No breakfast on our stay..they had a sign stating they were having issues..now I'm not a big hotel breakfast fan because it's just mediocre food but if you're needing food just to feed your belly and just spent $150 on a hotel offering breakfast it's a big bummer! Management should have had quick thinking to resolve by at least offering to go bags with a fruit , drink and granola bar..etc. The other issue is that my husband went down to the front desk probably around 9pm or 10pm to purchase a snack.. no attendant was at the front desk and there was a sign stating they would be back soon or ring a bell...he said he waited around about 30 mins after ringing this bell several times! Finally a young lady came in from outside..what were u doing a outside so long and leaving the front desk unattended! He was very aggravated. Very unprofessional..

First off VANESSA, The General Manager, she is so polite and has excellent customer service! Her attention to detail is on point the way she speaks is on point and just in general how she is, you can tell she is the type of person to get the job done!!!!!!!!! I travel 90% of the year and I only stay in Hilton hotels. This is an excellent hotel, very clean rooms within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. This hotel gets a five out of five on the satisfaction that I have for the hotel location the pool, the entrance, the seating, the rooms, the customer service and the parking!!!!!!!

If you ever want to experience what it’s like to get roasted by customer service with zero shame, just call this place and ask for Vanessa. She’s the customer “representative,” but honestly she represents everything wrong with customer service.
Instead of helping me, she flexed her “policy powers” like she was guarding the last piece of Costco pizza. No grace, no options, just robotic “we’ll cancel your reservation.” Thanks, Vanessa nothing screams “hospitality” like slamming the door in a paying customer’s face.
Funny how the sign says Home2 Suites. Joke’s on me, because Vanessa made sure I had no home at all. If Hilton thinks this is acceptable service, then they should rename it “Home2… Someone Else, Not You.”
Shoutout to Vanessa for proving that customer service training is apparently optional in El Centro. If this is Hilton’s standard, I’d rather crash on a Walmart bench. At least Walmart doesn’t cancel you for existing.
