- PPPGDec 13, 20254.0This is the best Hilton property in which I've stayed in a long time. The General Manager, Sebastian, is a hands on host with a warm welcoming manner. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, & best of all, there are drawers to store clothes. HOWEVER, the Hampton Inn lawyers have got to let the chieftains at In N Out Burger know that they have to re-route their long, long drive- up lines that are preventing hotel guests from even getting into the hotel's parking lot, starting at 2 pm every day. This is so unacceptable, people will resist coming here because IN N Out Burger patrons even park in the hotels parking lot. SUGGESTION: TAKE CAR LICENSE PLATES OF EVERY GUEST & ERECT SIGNS INDICATING ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS MAY PARK, VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED, & DO IT!

What has finally pushed me to write a review was the service I received last week on Dec 3rd. I forgot to get her name, but the woman at the front desk was AMAZING. She was so warm and welcoming and specifically took an interest in my dog who was traveling with me. We chatted a little about our fur babies and she offered us a room that was off the main hallway so we wouldn't have a ton of people walking by our door and disturbing my pup. She was very thorough in informing me about all the amenities, including relief areas for my pet. A colleague of mine who arrived separate later also commented on how great she was. We work in a service related field so we always notice exceptional customer service when we see it. I hope you are able to figure out which employee was working that night so you can pass along the positive feedback!
