  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Cypress, Orange County. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The rooms were huge, almost like a small apartment, with a full kitchen that included a refrigerator, microwave, and even a dishwasher—very convenient for longer stays. The bathroom and shower were excellent with great amenities. The included breakfast was a real standout—hot and cold items that changed daily and tasted fresh and delicious. Definitely not your average free hotel breakfast! The staff was super nice and welcoming, and the whole property was quiet and relaxing. Overall, this is a great hotel and I highly recommend it if you’re staying in the area.

  Excellent hotel. Will always stay here. The floor contrasts in the room with the hard floor and the carpet is lovely. The room and hotel is very pleasant and makes me happy. 5 stars.

  We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s a nice choice for short visits, with spacious, modern facilities, bright rooms, and very friendly staff. That said, during our longer stay we noticed a few areas that could be improved. While the rooms are equipped with USB-C and Type-C power sockets, not all of them worked properly, all type-C sockets couldn’t be plugged in at all, which made charging less convenient. In addition, basic supplies such as shampoo, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, and tissue boxes weren’t always restocked automatically, so we had to request them from housekeeping several times. Lastly, please make sure all sauces, jams, and butters are properly covered when serving breakfast.. Overall, a comfortable hotel with great staff and facilities, but with a few details that could make longer stays smoother. 🙂

  While it may be lengthy, my gratitude for the Homewood Suites in Cypress, CA, is truly deserved! This hotel is simply the best! Words cannot fully express my appreciation for the incredible management and staff here. When I mention the staff, I refer not only to the front desk team but also to the kitchen, maintenance and housekeeping personnel. They've consistently engaged with me and even greeted my dog, Miss Mabel, making her feel quite spoiled during our stay! I had the privilege of staying here for several months due to work, and I can confidently say that the management and staff exceeded my expectations beyond anything I’ve ever encountered in all of my hotel experiences—even compared to those at higher-end hotels. The cleanliness, delicious food, and overall exceptional service contributed to a wonderful atmosphere. Their "Welcome Home Wednesday" weekly gatherings were always a highlight, giving ample opportunity for staff and guests to interact. Who doesn’t appreciate complementary appetizers and beverages?! They ensured that both my stay and Miss Mabel’s were exceptional. Amongst work stress and personal challenges, including my dog’s health issues, the team provided unwavering support and kindness. They offered a listening ear and did everything possible to alleviate my stress while ensuring that Miss Mabel was comfortable and well cared for. I was truly amazed by how much they genuinely cared about both my well-being and that of my dog. I really would live here if I could! Haha. Without a doubt, this hotel has surpassed every expectation I've had, even compared to higher-tier hotels. If you're in the area for vacation, work, or if you’re a local needing accommodations due to unexpected circumstances, I wholeheartedly recommend this place! A heartfelt thank you to every manager and staff member for their outstanding hospitality and the wonderful experience. I’m really looking forward at having an opportunity to come back and visit!   Trying to figure out why the phone in my room is suddenly disconnected. There are many strangers knocking on doors here. Anyone else phone in their room, which has no outside line anyway, suddenly disconnected ?
