- SBSamantha Buchholz4 days ago1.0I received horrible bed bug bites from this hotel then when i called the hotel just wanting to move rooms they tried to tell me it was micro mosquitos. they did not offer any help not even to give me points on my account. i had to force them after i had several people voicing their opinion to let me move rooms. i now have around 30 scars on my legs from the bites.

- JBjade bOct 19, 20255.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Cypress, Orange County. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The rooms were huge, almost like a small apartment, with a full kitchen that included a refrigerator, microwave, and even a dishwasher—very convenient for longer stays. The bathroom and shower were excellent with great amenities. The included breakfast was a real standout—hot and cold items that changed daily and tasted fresh and delicious. Definitely not your average free hotel breakfast! The staff was super nice and welcoming, and the whole property was quiet and relaxing. Overall, this is a great hotel and I highly recommend it if you’re staying in the area.

- CKChiayin Jacqueline KöhSep 14, 20254.0We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s a nice choice for short visits, with spacious, modern facilities, bright rooms, and very friendly staff. That said, during our longer stay we noticed a few areas that could be improved. While the rooms are equipped with USB-C and Type-C power sockets, not all of them worked properly, all type-C sockets couldn’t be plugged in at all, which made charging less convenient. In addition, basic supplies such as shampoo, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, and tissue boxes weren’t always restocked automatically, so we had to request them from housekeeping several times. Lastly, please make sure all sauces, jams, and butters are properly covered when serving breakfast.. Overall, a comfortable hotel with great staff and facilities, but with a few details that could make longer stays smoother. 🙂
