Gabby at the front desk is incredibly accommodating and polite. She greeted us with genuine kindness and made it clear she was willing to go above and beyond to help. I had forgotten to pack a toothbrush, and she immediately offered a complimentary one without hesitation. It’s the little details like this that make us love this place. Thank you again!

Very poor shower especially for disabled person. Shower heads difficult to use and water was directed straight to the floor which became very wet and dangerous. I slipped.

Great value and location. Good selection for breakfast, but start running out of food by 8.40am. That’s not hotels fault but rather saw many families walking away with many plates loaded to the brim. Great WiFi connection, well maintained gym room. No issues with parking. Hot coffee, tea and hot chocolate available all day long. Clean and spacious lobby. There is no water refill anywhere but staff was always ready to provide bottled water for free.

Perfect location, close to a shopping center, plenty of restaurants nearby, staff goes above and beyond. They also have 8 ev charging points, since we were traveling in an ev this was a plus during our stay. Will stay again for sure.

The room was very dated. My bed creaked whenever I moved, it probably needed to be replaced. I could hear whatever my both neighbors were doing all the time. This was not the best experience.
