When I walked in the front door Latoya and Umber were smiling ear to ear.. so friendly so very nice to me after I had a very hard day and I felt nothing but welcome! They probably checked me in but at the same time they were so nice to chat with they made me smile They made me laugh and they help me feel relaxed and to me as a traveler that just came from Philadelphia through Chicago it was absolutely a wonderful breath of fresh air. They informed me that there was free parking outside and I could take my bag out and unload and they would watch it while I went and parked my car. It was too late to go to the restaurant as it was literally just closing 5 minutes from now but they had nice sandwich wraps and things that you could get to snack on all around and coffee and beverages and even I look like some wine and alcoholic beverages for those that wanted it. I checked into my room which was lovely. clean, well kept, and had nice amenities. I then took a shower with the strongest water pressure I've ever had in a hotel It was just lovely! When I was ready to leave I checked out without having to do anything. Everything was taken care of by the front desk for me and I have to say again the staff of this hotel is exceptional! if you want to have a nice relaxing time and a nice place to stay in the middle of Cupertino you have to do Juniper, it's wonderful! I will be back next time I visit. Strong recommend!

Kept on waiting for 30 min and finally had to gone done the front desk to get shower gel. People at the front desk are very friendly but it appears that they have short of staff. Very disappointed staying here. Never plan to stay there again.
