Both the elevators were out of order and i had to walk up 5 levels every single time. The management did not do anything to compensate for this terrible experience. The rooms can be extremely noisy and noise complaints are not dealt with by the front desk. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and showed a total disregard for my concerns. Terrible experience. Not giving them my business again. Also, the room service does not clean up the room every day. Bad, old, stinky place. Stay oawy.
