Very nice stay. Room was clean and good. Wake up call good. The only thing we found frustrating was the TV volume issue. Had it turned all the way up and still had to sit directly in front of the TV on the edge of bed to hear it. Even then it was hard to hear stuff.

Extremely disappointed! Do not choose this hotel unless you want your information to be misused and your stay automatically extended if you do not check out at the front desk. I only booked one night through their website and left early without checking out in front desk. However, two more nights were automatically charged without my notification or consent. The bill increased by over $600 for two extra nights, even though I didn't book or check in for that two night at all. When I tried to call the number they provided to contact someone in charge, the front desk was not only rude but also hung up on me several times. I couldn't get any feedback! I tried contacting them from 8:30 am to 5 pm via email and voicemail, but received no response. I called the front desk again, but received various excuses and statements that the manager was unavailable or too busy, and then hung up. I understand that they were busy and staff can make mistakes in calculations, but I just want to know why there were two extra nights charged on the bill. If it was an employee error, I understand! Then please refund the extra amount. If not, I want an investigation to see if someone else used my information to check in. I'm more concerned about my information security than the extra charges. If the hotel manager truly cares about customer service, He should read my email and voice or contact me to resolve the issue. Do the actual investigation! Instead of letting bad staff ruin a place that should be worth staying in.

This location was convenient for our needs. The rooms were very clean, but the climate controls were confusing, and I didn't like the smell of whatever they used to clean the carpets in the common areas. Those were small issues, but what stood out the most was how genuinely friendly the staff were. Each and every one greeted us warmly and strived to meet our every request. Even going above and beyond to look for a wallet we incorrectly thought we had left behind.
