The hotel is nice and the rooms were pretty big. But the master bedroom had absolutely no water pressure in the bathroom shower. Had to shower in the spare room bathroom. The free breakfast was normal, didn't understand why they had a parking fee when you're paying over $250 for your room and it's in Corona. I didn't like the couch, seats sunk in and I'm less than 200 lbs and had to fix the 2 seater couch probably 4 times in the 2 hrs I spent on the couch.

very disappointing and dissatisfying experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I checked in October 8th and checked out October 10th at 11 am. I live an hour away and only about 6 hours later I realize I left my tempurpedic pillow with a silk pillowcase. I call the front desk and the lady informs me it’s not in lost and found and housekeeping staff has left for the day. They said they’ll would call me the next day but still nothing so I call myself. I call October 11th at around 10 am and the acting manager informs me they disgarded the item in less than 24 hours because the item was in “poor” condition and deemed trash, therefore they felt it was “left on purpose” and threw out my $200 pillow in less than 24 hours. I am just so angry at this negligent staff and even when I asked to be compensated the acting manager said there’s nothing they can do because they didn’t feel the item was worth putting into lost and found. I don’t care what the item is. It could be an old pair of sandals or a dirty stuffed animal. The staff had no right to deem my item as being in poor condition and therefore it got thrown away. I understand if I didn’t contact the hotel for days but to throw out an item that I need for sleep and helps my neck pain I suffer from is very rude and unprofessional. Not to mention this costing me more than my 2 night stay there. Totaling 400 dollars because of the staffs negligence. Very unprofessional hotel staff. Don’t come here if you value your items because if they rule it to be thrown away they will as soon as you leave.

Checked into the Corona Staybridge Wednesday 9/3/2025 and checked out Friday morning. I'M ONLY GIVING ONE STAR. Our room had FLEAS. Both my daughter and I were bit. Also the room wasn't thoroughly vacuumed. There were food crumbs around both beds and sofa. The room was beautiful, breakfast was delicious, staff was polite, and I appreciate that there wasn't a fee to do laundry. Those fleas made it very unpleasant. We shouldn't have had to deal with that, especially for what I paid for the room (and parking).
