So this is in a prime and nice location in corona and the rooms are very up to date and clean. The only unpleasant thing about my stay is that I attempted to wash my clothes from my trip and BOTH washing machines gave no water to even wash. Front desk had to give me my money back to attempt to wash again in the second machine since he initially thought it was it worked. Turns out he couldn’t even stop my machine and I had to let it run dry for 35 minutes. Then while I went up to my room to wait someone used the other machine to wash before I could get there and it did the same exact thing! So I had a flight in like 4 hours so I had no choice but to fill multiple gallons of water to wash my clothes at a HILTON hotel. Then the dryer did not dry at all had to do multiple attempts all this for $3.50 so in total I spent about $12-15 for washing and drying my clothes and having to attempt to redo them all night for a early morning flight so I ended up not getting any sleep and had to pack very late just to get 45 minutes of sleep before my uber came. It wasn’t until I was midway done with the whole ordeal did the desk person come with an out of order sign. How do you have a washing machine that you can’t stop? He didn’t have the key from his multiple keys. Just a shame. I’ve never been so inconvenienced at a hotel before. Overall the room was nice updated and clean. Just don’t use the washing machines I feel like these places skimp on the water to save cost and actually accidentally shut off the water.
