Third room, broken AC (which stopped working in the middle of the night). The service is always good in responding to these issues, BUT WHY ARE THERE SO MANY ISSUES?!!? Haha… The staff is good and friendly, but if you’re traveling on business and want an stress-free and comfortable stay, I don’t recommend this hotel.
- ZZZoë ZOct 6, 20255.0If you have a legitimate, task-trained service dog, rest assured that the staff will have your back. We've stayed here before and like the cleanliness and the good breakfast, but what prompted me to write this is the experience we had on our latest stay. I am accompanied by my task-trained service dog. When we went down to breakfast one morning, another dog entered the breakfast area, which is restricted to service animals only. The other dog made direct contact with my dog, was whining and yipping, pulling towards my dog, and eating food off the table and floor. Some of this behavior was endangering to myself, and all of this behavior was negatively reflecting on legitimate service dogs. Because of this, I reported the behavior to the front desk attendant, explaining the behavior I witnessed and how the law protects the hotel's right to ask the owner to remove the dog, regardless of whether it was a service dog or a pet. I would like to recognize the worker, Johnny, for not only following through and removing the dog, but also mitigating the situation when the dog's owner started yelling and arguing. I appreciate him taking the situation seriously and admire his ability to calmly control the situation. He should be recognized for that. So, if you are the owner of a legitimate service dog, I recommend this place especially due to the fact that the hotel was willing to protect us, which in our experience, many don't do.
