My family and one other gentleman tried checking in around the same time and their system was “down” couldn’t check us or the other fellow in, this place is off the 15 fwy so there isn’t much around so location is 2/10, service was also 2/10 nothing that the receptionist could do but turn us away and the rooms I will give a solid 0/10 for this establishments inconvenience, for reference I drove 5.5 hours from Arizona just to be turned away with no sort of compensation for their screw ups. Biggest thumbs down of 2025 tbh this will be the last stay with this company 👎

- HHHector HerreraOct 6, 20255.0I have been staying at this hotel since it opened. Everything is always clean and great. Was staying at a neighboring Hilton before this Hampton Inn opened. In 2025 alone, I will have stayed at this property for over 50 nights throughout the year and every experience and interaction I have had with this hotel and team has been world class. I am so grateful and love the staff that works there. Robert does an outstanding job with managing the hotel and staff. Grace and Jazmine are extremely helpful and always kind when checking in and responsive when asking questions. Lastly, Pinky is so hospitable and great during the complimentary breakfast. Cannot say enough with how pleased I am during stays here. I have traveled both by myself for work and also had nights where my family joins and all of us are grateful and thankful for this hotel and team.
