I've had other problems at this hotel in the past. I got up in the morning. There was no hot water at all. I was told maintenance was going to be working all night on the hot water issue and discovered the hot water had been out for 2 days. And maintenance did not work all night on the problem. Completely irresponsible of Hilton to allow people to check in. Not knowing whether or not there was any hot water. They didn't bother having anybody from housekeeping or maintenance checking to see where the hot water was. They offered me a couple of keys and said I could go hunt for it. I stayed in 12 Hilton hotels in the last month and a half and have never had this type of problem. I will never go back.

The worst part was it wasn’t working at check in and they didn’t even bother to tell us. Just left it as a surprise for us the following morning. When I went to talk to the front desk, I was met with indifference and told they were “working on it.” Additionally the hot tub was “broken” also. Overall a terrible stay with a complete lack of caring or attempt at resolution by staff. Location was decent as it is surrounded by tons of restaurants.

First night here in the paid parking, my sprinter van got broken into smash my window stole a bunch of my tools, but Josh The engineer Went out of his way to help me vacuum out all the broken glass got me a new parking spot right in front so nobody could mess up my van. At the hotel Or my travels Comped me a free breakfast, right? My question is where was security they said they have two security guys driver around the parking lot that I saw the next night. But this is definitely a beautiful hotel as far as amenities beautiful restaurant bar beautiful outside seating area.
