- NPNoemi PaezNov 17, 20252.0The staff are very friendly and rooms are clean. I’m highly disappointed in the bed. The mattress we have is very hard and sinks in the middle. I can feel the wires and my body woke up sore after 1 night of sleeping in it. Feels like the mattress needs to be replaced.

I enjoyed their body wash and having liquid hand soap. The ice machine also has a water dispenser, which really came in handy. It was nice that breakfast was included, but as expected, nothing to write home about. They could improve their toilet paper. It was like thin sandpaper. Overall, I would stay here again and again because of their cleanliness and hospitality.

I SO enjoy the coffee readily available in the room, but especially in the lobby, and of course in the breakfast area. Great location for this trip, as it was accessible to great restaurants in down town Concord, and to Mt. Diablo where my group was heading the next morning, after a little bit of a drive from the coast north of San Francisco the day before. I cannot recommend Hampton Inn enough. Best hotel for me. SO glad I stayed here. Never disappointed!
