Jediným zklamáním byla nepříjemná skutečnost s jednou zaměstnankyni z hotelové restaurace. Hotelový bar byl zavřený a cedule nás odkázala na bar do restaurace, kde nás tato zaměstnankyně bez zájmu odmítla. Když jsme se šli informovat na recepci, přišla a začala na nás při rozhovoru zvyšovat hlas. V hotelu této úrovně bych očekávala profesionálnější přístup. Všichni ostatní zaměstnanci se však chovali velmi vstřícně a ochotně, takže tuto situaci spíše beru jako jedinou výjimku.
