- ARAshton RiversDec 30, 20253.0Day crew was very sweet! Night crew frequently were on phones and away from the desk. We got a lot of mixed information from the night crew about hotel policy (extending our stay, parking, etc.). The first room we checked in to also had a fist size hole in the bathtub. The second room had mold on the bathtub. There were also visible marks on the headboard from liquids and the rooms smelled off. The toilet seat was very loose.
- SSStephanie SealDec 24, 20252.0Nice hotel, service was fine, but there were issues. We checked in late for one night. Tired from driving all day, we grabbed a quick dinner and headed to bed. The bed was short sheeted, meaning our feet were on the actual mattress. Unless you are playing a practical joke, this should never happen. We were told by staff that this never happens...well, they can't say that anymore. There was also a red, sticky substance (thankfully not blood) on the floor next to one side of the bed. Very unpleasant to accidentally step in just before getting into bed to find that your bed is short sheeted. As an added bonus, our room was next to the elevator allowing us the opportunity to listen to other guests coming and going all night. I'm sure it's a fine hotel if your room is clean, the bed is made properly, and you aren't next to the elevator. And, you don't mind paying $18 to park your car. Breakfast is also not included. They do offer a cookie upon check in, so there's that.
