As many people in the reviews have said this Clovis location is in a great spot and the breakfast is delicious. My family and I have stayed here a few times when we come to visit family. The rooms are big and feature appliances like a large refrigerator, dishwasher and dishes. The rooms are "somewhat" clean. We have found dirty laundry in the drawers of the dressers each time we have been here. There is mold growing in the coffee pots in all three rooms we have stayed in up too this point. On this third and likely final stay here there is both mold in the coffee pot, dirty laundry from previous guests including underwear in the dresser drawer. The new surprise is trash from previous guests left in the microwave. This time also to make the trip special the bottom frame of the second bed is completely smashed in and collapsed. The linen of both beds smell like cigarettes and feet like it hasnt been washed in weeks. The linen definitely hasn't been changed since the previous guest. Our daughter ended up cramming into the bed with my wife and I due to the second bed being uneven from the smashed frame. It was late when we checked in and we were eager for some rest. When I checked In the front desk area had no one at the counter , but there was some scruffy looking dude sitting at the breakfast tables playing with his phone. He did not appear to work there. Eventually the woman who works here appeared. After I was checked in she quickly disappeared again with the scruffy dude down the hall and out of the building abandoning the front desk We felt like it would be too difficult to change rooms considering the absentee front desk woman. None of the outlets next to the smashed bed worked either. We gave this place an honest try, but it appears that they don't have a very high standard for cleanliness and maintenance within the rooms themselves. The elevator has been out of service since July and it being December it appears there is no intention of it ever being repaired. There is no manager working on weekends. So the following morning after calling the front desk I was offered points for a place I will never stay at again.
Don't get burned. Stay elsewhere while these people figure it out.
I have no kind words for this place or its staff.

Nice hotel but not as nice as other Home2 locations. 1) Water pressure was about like a travel trailer. Have to stand directly under it and takes forever to get your hair wet. Not satisfying after working outside in the cold all day. 2) No constant fan controls. The occupancy sensor will turn things off when you're not there or sleeping. 3) Breakfast was disappointing. Other locations had different breakfast sandwich options and potatoes. Here it is mostly just pork sausage and egg every day, never potatoes, rarely any protein change. They usually had paper plates and plastic utensils while other locations always had dishes. 4) All king size beds should have 4 pillows, not 3. Yes, we could ask for another but shouldn't have to.
Room service was fine but a little less frequent that every other day.
There were two elevators, one was broken and the other sounds broken. I took the stairs most of the time to avoid it. The annual permit expires in a couple weeks so hopefully they get that fixed before it breaks too.
My room was big and comfortable otherwise. Laundry was convenient and inexpensive. The gym was awesome. There was plenty of parking and I felt safe. The mobile room key works great.

I stay in hotels 10 months a year. Hands down softest sheets I've ever slept in. However, the worst shower in the world. The sink has more water pressure. Also, getting in the elevator was scary. No elevator should behave that way.
