customer service unsatisfied
When I called front desk and went in person about a transaction they couldn't even find my name in system or card info. Customer service need more training on how to handle unforseen transactions.
Chose wisely when staying here

The view from the room was the back of grocery stores with 5 dumpsters which were dumped both mornings by the trash service. The wall heater was loud and kept me awake most of the night. There were black long hairs in the shower and under the sink. Hotels are getting to be too pricey and poorly cleaned. I will most likely go elsewhere based on my stay.

Three star prices for a 11/2 star hotel.
Hilton honors members here so with some knowledge of how Hilton usually operates.
We feel this hotel did not stand up to the Hilton standards. Part of the hotel was being remodeled so we ended up having to stay in a room that had not yet been updated.
It took at least 15 minutes for the hot water to make it to the bathroom.
There were limited towels that we had to use.
They charged $3 for the bottled water in the room that were complimentary at the Hampton Hilton location we stayed the night before.
The Keurig coffee machine barely got hot.
The room was $360 a nite with no complimentary breakfast.
The pillows were yellow tinted.
There was a blue cleaning glove behind the nightstand on the floor,
The tops of the counters were smeared where you can see they sort of wiped the tops.
The renovations offered an inconvenient solution for the ice machine out of order problems.
The bathroom door would not stay open.
The hallway was very loud.
We ended up choosing a room that backed up to the alley thinking it would be quiet but there were people back there late into the night talking with music going.
The shower head sucks too!
Positives, great TV and remote.
The bed was comfortable.
The new keyless check in/check out key system was very convenient.

The breakfast here is really good, it a bit more expensive than a regular restaurant but you are getting quality and convenience! Omelette was outstanding as were the potatoes and bacon!

Stayed for work travel, 2 nights. First night, room got too cold with AC that was already on when I checked in so I put the temp up a bit and then it smelled like something was burning, so I just turned it off since I didn't really need it. Woke up at 8am to banging, sawing, loud talking, from construction being done right next door! Why would they put anyone so close to that! I know I wasn't going to be there most of the day but I also do work remotely when needed. This day I didn't, thank goodness. Went to reception and they changed me to the 2nd floor. New room no problems except for the toilet handle getting stuck after flushing each time, no biggie. Next day I was on a work call 45 mins before checkout when someone knocked but said nothing. I looked through peephole and it was dark! I was like, wth! I made sure door was secure and went to finish my call. Then called reception asking if they were knocking. The guy said, more than likely and apologized. Why wouldn't they say "housekeeping"? When I left the room, the entire wing was dark. I'm assuming bc of construction. No wonder I couldn't see much through the peephole. Overall rooms were good, staff was nice and I appreciate being changed to a different room but surprised they'd put a guest so close to where they know they're remodeling. When I was waiting to check in the 1st night. I noticed everyone before me were given rooms on the 2nd floor (about 4 guests) where no construction was being done.
