Everything was fine. This was my second time visiting, but this time I was carrying a cake and bread from 85°C. As soon as I entered the hotel, the front desk staff Emma said, “You can just put the delivery over there.” I was clearly surprised to be mistaken for a delivery person, and I felt a bit stunned and uncomfortable. Still, overall it was not bad.

We stayed at the Doubletree for my high school reunion in October. I had made reservations a month in advance for a larger room with a king bed. When we arrived at 1am we were given someone else reservation and we were given a very small room with 2 double beds. Also my reservation was for 3 nights and the reservation/room we were given was for 2 nights. When we returned to our room I 2221 on the third day we were locked out of our room and then charged for the 3rd night. I had already paid for 3 nights! I have tried on a number of occasions to contact the manager but no response at all
This place is a rip off and no customer service beware!

Was told I had an $18 credit, but they didn't credit me on checkout, called to ask for the credit they said because it was booked through 3rd party i didn't get it. Was traveling with 2 coworkers who booked the same way and they received their credits. If don't get a credit that's fine but don't say I get one and then resend it after the charges.
