I love staying at Hampton Inn Hotels and Suites and have had no issues with anything except the entertainment system that Hampton Inn Chico, CA has. As soon as I entered my room, the TV was off, meaning they only offer Cable TV. I am very disappointed. Who watches Dish Cable TV these days? I have been staying in different Hampton Inn Hotels and This is the only branch without TV apps such as Youtube, Netflix and etc.. All the hotels I have stayed at under Hilton Mngt now have TV apps. I hope they get rid of cable and replace it with TV apps because that is the new trend these days and I believe that this is a new built hotel in the City.
