Property (4/5) : Pretty standard property. Location (4/5) : Slightly isolated from Palm Springs but pretty nice location. View (5/5) : Excellent view if u can take a mountain facing room. Room (4/5) : We booked 1 BHK Suite but it was very small. Overall decent. Breakfast (3.5/5) : free breakfast. Fruits quality and quantity both was not adequate. Team needs to work on this area for sure. Service (5/5) : We got very good service from the team. Starting from front desk to everyone was very helpful and courteous. Kitchen - yes Microwave- yes At summary, decent stay with Great View!

- MMMDec 27, 20252.0Great location and spacious, comfortable rooms. The property is well maintained and easy to get around. Breakfast was decent limited variety, but the food available was good. Service was inconsistent. I requested light housekeeping multiple times and was told it would be done, but it didn’t happen until the fourth day. Trash cans filled up, and I had to pick up fresh towels myself. Overall, not a stay that I would like to come again to because poor housekeeping and service follow-through could definitely be improved.

However, the next morning I woke up to a cockroach in the kitchette sink that likely crawled up through the sewer drain and found a dead cockroach on the floor. I let the front desk know and she brushed it off as normal and called it a water bug. I asked to be compensated for this disgusting issue and was told she made a note for the manager and I would hear from them. It's been 24 hours and I haven't heard anything. Cockroaches and water bugs are not the same. Cockroaches feed on decaying matter and water bugs hunt/feed on fish/tad poles and look completely different. This hotel needs to be exterminated for pests. Hilton typically has high standards but this location does not. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
