I booked this hotel to revisit my memory staying here about 10 years back. Few things changed now. Rooms can be kept little better. I saw lot of dust. Pool and water temperature is just awesome and the views from the pool are best. Breakfast is good. Front desk staff are great. This can be better property if rooms can be kept little more tidy with better air filtration. Sadly I felt this is more like 2.5 star hotel ( going down).

One of the worst experiences in my life in Hilton Hotels. I arrived at 8.30 PM after a long trip. They gave me the noisiest room. When I asked to change the room they told me that if I don't like it i should change the hotel. Disappointing and never again.

Stayed here for a few days this week to be near my daughter in the hospital. I stay at home wood suite hotels weekly for work in another city and this hotel was a pleasant surprise it’s beautiful and the staff is so kind and welcoming. The check in staff allowed me internet access to get some work done before check in time. The room was clean and quite absolutely everything you need was provided. My only complaint is there were no available rooms for next week. Will definitely be back hopefully for a happy occasion. Thank you for making a stressful trip very relaxing and comfortable.

Overall a good hotel. Front desk personnel were very good, however, not empowered to address billing/customer service feedback issues. We were really turned off by the $10 per day parking fee. This is an open parking lot with no special security or gating. There was no reason for this incremental fee except another greedy money grab. When I politely asked why this fee was charged, I received the response “I don’t know, it has been this way”. Underwhelming. We will not be returning to this property.

We stayed for 2 nights. Similar experience to other reviews. Pros include relatively good price for the area, complimentary breakfast and spacious rooms with all the expected amenities. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Cons included somewhat poor cleanliness in the room, particularly in the bathroom on arrival. The floors and room also smell musty despite housekeeping, maybe because of the pet policy and presence of dogs in rooms? The AC is loud, and the soundproofing is poor. Parking costs each night, which seems egregious for the area. What we found most unpleasant was the amount of marijuana smoke around the pool area. The large seating area near the pool seems to be the designated spot for smoking, which wafts around the property at all times of day and night. I think the hotel would benefit from a strict smoking policy on site. We didn’t use the pool because of this.
