- DWDouglas WagnerDec 29, 20253.0As a Diamond Member for last 20 plus years I cannot remember a time that I was turned down to get a Doubletree Cookie but it is this hotels policy I guess. The front driveway area had overflowing garbage and made the entrance undesirable and this was the case inside the lobby as well. The Bar staff and food was great as well as the room view overlooking the pool and mountains. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean and comfortable. We left a tip for cleaning team to leave us extra towels and wash clothes and did not get either yet they took the tip. Maybe they don’t speak English? Anyway it was a 3 star experience for us. Staff needs more customer service training.

They do not have any service-our room was clean at second day which they took dirty towels without refresh it, we called serval times to request clean towels to have showers and it never sent to us. We booked a room with balcony and golf view. And they gave us the room with attached pictures, request to change but was refused. DO NOT Recommend to stay this hotel.
