Although, due to a computer upgrade, our reservation was stuck in cyber land. Fernando and his manager were great about getting us in a room. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The hotel is away from downtown, enough to be quiet, but close enough to get there quickly. The grounds are nice and the pool is spectacular. Every employee was helpful and nice. But in a hotel full of stars, Fernando was the superstar! He always had a suggestion when we asked questions, helped with our requests and is generally a nice fellow. We highly recommend this hotel.... and don't forget the cookies!

- VVVNov 6, 20253.0The view at this hotel is really beautiful. We booked a room with a mountain view but it turned out to be a side view with a roof below us. We were not very happy about that because the hotel was almost empty on weekdays and they could have easily given us a real mountain view like in the photos when you book it. One day there was a manager on duty and even the staff seemed scared of him. We also had a bad experience because he talked to us very rudely. It really ruined our mood and left a bad feeling. The food was good and the hotel itself was quiet. The rooms were just okay, they really need better cleaning and new furniture. You can see it in the photos. There was even some mold on the bathroom ceiling. We were kicked out from the pool area even though my dog 2.5lb wasn’t walking around, she was just calmly sitting on her little bed we took with us. They said it’s the “rules”, even its pet friendly hotel. But later that evening there were people sitting in pool area in jacuzzi smoking you know what, for a few hours and the smell was going into every room. Somehow nobody asked them to leave. It’s “rules”, non smoking area. That’s how the “management” works… With such a beautiful view this could be one of the best hotels but it feels like they just don’t care. They call it a dog friendly hotel but in reality even with my tiny 2.5 lb dog we were not allowed anywhere.
