I booked the hotel at the last minute because of a delayed flight, and I was very happy with my selection. I received free parking right outside and special spot for Diamond Members. The hotel’s location was amazing only a 20 minutes from the LAX airport, 19 min from Knott’s Berry Farm, 22 min from Disneyland, 29 min from Universal Studios, 15 min from Aquarium of the Pacific and 20 min from Downtown LA, including most famous tourist spots. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious, the Wi-Fi was fast. The best part, I was able to check out at 12pm (no extra charge). The facilities were very nice, they have a nice size pool and spa, gym, business center, meeting room, laundry facilities and a free breakfast area very comfortable and spacious as well with TVs from 6-10am. Have in mind something, if you’re checking in late night after 12am you have to contact their front desk or ring the bell, because they locked the door for security reasons. The Hotel is next to the CA-91 so it will take you everywhere. I hope you enjoy your next vacays!! :)

It's about half hour from the airport and no shuttle service. The hotel itself is decent, but our 5th floor unit was noisy from the traffic. It's a plus if you want as close to the highway as possible regardless of the noise.

My husband and I had a very good experience. We always do. I want to especially thank Juan for his help checking us in and accommodating us with a room closest to the elevator because of my knee. He was really nice and welcoming. The room was very comfortable, air was awesome, breakfast was good. We have no complaints. We definitely will be staying again.

Hotel room facing the highway is super noisy. The window seems not existed. It looks very low end place and room is not as good as what website pictures show at all. It is my first time living at Hampton and very disappointed.
Not a good price either, spending more than $200 a night, which makes the experience even worse.

This property is disgusting and so is management. Marian the general manager is dismissive and rude. We had a massive ant infestation in our room. Took over all of our food items and the bag the food was stored in. Housekeeping told us they were aware of the ant problem and said, “it’s coming from the AC unit” yet they still placed us in this room. The pool and jacuzzi don’t work, laundry machines don’t work, gym equipment doesn’t work. They refunded our room cost, but even with receipts didn’t reimburse our room costs. Marian and ownership are running a money mill, not a customer service orientated property that you may expect from a Hilton property. Marriott will be better.
