The elevator is broken. The rooms are clean and have minimal utensils etc. 1 coffee pouch for a week stay. They always hard sell the vacation club-sick of that. Awesome views!

Very disappointing experience. It was nearly impossible to reach a live person, and when I finally did, the receptionist was rude and raised her voice instead of helping with a simple billing question. We acknowledged our mistake and just needed clarification, but her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive.
Service noticeably changed after we declined the timeshare presentation — suddenly no one was helpful. At check-in, we were immediately pushed into a sales pitch despite arriving tired after a long day of travel with a small child. The pressure and lack of courtesy set the tone for the entire stay. We had been open to learning more about the resort, but the way we were treated completely turned us away.

We stayed here on Hilton timeshare points. They have tried 4 times now to get us to a "presentation " to try to sell us more points. We've said "no" now 4 times. We're on vacation but feeling more like a mark. Saying "no" once should be enough.

I believe that this location intentionally deceives people by showing pictures online of a new modern room and giving people the old rooms. I used the app to book the room and what I realized is that they do not show pictures of the actual rooms, only the newly renovated and nicer options. This is a classic bait and switch and it was very disappointing. The room I got felt like I was at a Hampton Inn from the 90s. Heavy wear and tear on everything. Dark, outdated, drab. When I spoke with the Assistant Manager, Ms. Leon, she was not helpful at all. She told me it was my fault for booking the old rooms. I explained how the rooms were misrepresented online. I explained that I wanted to move into the newer room and she said that wasn’t an option. No apologies, no understanding, just very cold customer service.
This place needs to up their game if they want to stay competitive. No wonder they don’t want you to see the old rooms.
