    if you are literally looking for a place to shower (not bath - there is one but i wouldn't attempt to use it) and sleep, the place is stayable. however there is no options for food or drink or swimming after 11p which is really unfortunate being this an "airport" hotel with international flights coming in at late hours. plan to have to transport yourself somewhere or order delivery if this is your situation. because of this the price is absolutely absurd. however the sheets were clean and the temperature of room is adjustable so for the point of sleeping it was tolerable. also there are no laundry services or facilities ONLY dry cleaning which takes ALL DAY. breakfast is also not included. And everywhere but the room itself smelled like smoke (not the good kind) I would not stay again and therefore cannot recommend this particular hilton to anyone i know personally.

    Tired property that is extremely loud and dated. The rooms can really use a refresh, the bathroom had chipped tile, and some hairs leftover from the previous guest. I could hear my neighbor way to clearly. Only redeeming qualities was the nice view of the bay, and the bed was comfortable. I also had to ask the hotel for my dining credit to be applied. Tired, old and dated. In an absolute pinch I'd stay here again, but would be very far from my first choice.

    Had a wonderful stay, The suites are spacious and comfy, but a huge shoutout to Kevin Zamora for his help. I left my AirPods in the room, and he personally helped arrange shipping them back to me in Korea. It’s rare to find staff who care this much. Highly recommend staying here

    A few pro tips: - turn the shower on before you go to bed and it should be warm enough when you wake up - If you've got a portable hose that can attach to a sink, I would shower that way. The regular shower in the room trickles basically. - If you could bring a separate light, you'll get better lighting in the bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom sucks. - Go eat at the DoubleTree. The restaurant over there is fabulous and you get a free cookie. - Did I mention there's no good lighting? If you value shaving or other activities involving light, you're going to be very very disappointed. - there's an amazing green light that blinks right above your bed. - The bed is very very comfortable though I will give them that.

    Very disappointing customer service at the front desk We are currently staying at the Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront, and our experience with the front desk was extremely disappointing. There is a very loud machine right outside our room, so my husband politely called Guest Services to request a room change. We were completely fine when they said a new room would only be available at 2 PM. The issue was the attitude and tone of the front desk staff member. She spoke to us very rudely and aggressively, as if we were bothering her. Instead of helping, she made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome — something we never expect from a Hilton property. We chose Hilton for its hospitality and professionalism, but this interaction was very upsetting. I hope management looks into this and improves staff behavior, because guests deserve to be treated with respect. And if you guys can access the call recording of the calls made to front desk please listen to it.
