The hotel is well-maintained with good cleanliness. While the decor is a bit dated, everything is fully functional. A major plus is the excellent bay view available from some rooms. Special thanks to Joy at the front desk for her efficient and genuinely helpful service.

So i can NOT keep my food and drinks cold which will cause me to waste unnecessary money to get more items when I need for a 4 day stay. Nice size room though, View is nice. Only 1 microwave in to heat food which is in the lobby in market express. Person who took call said they would bring g 1 up if 1 becomes available. I have requested a refriger 3 times since my check in about noon. 1st im told there aren't any then im told I will have 1 rushed to me know at 4p im told it must have went to wrong room. Ok so my food i got earlier is going to be spoiled. So ill have to throw away food that I paid my hard earned money for. SMH

Request to change the battery for the club house but it never gets replaced. Not worth paying the price and being a diamond member obviously didn’t help.
- MMMoonNov 4, 20251.0We booked our stay at this hotel through a third-party service. The room was okay — nothing special. Normally, most big hotels at this price range have a small fridge with a few bottles of water, but not here. We booked for three people, they only provided two bottles of water. The next morning, I called the front desk and asked if they could send two more bottles to our room. The lady I spoke with said they cost $2 each, which I agreed to, but after waiting 15" - 20 ", nothing showed up. I called again, and this time a male staff member answered. When I asked about the water, he said the same thing — $2 per bottle. I said that was fine and asked if he could please send them up, but he told me to come downs and get them. I asked again if he could bring them up, please and he hung up on me. The service here was terrible and I felt very disrespected . For over $200 a night, I expected much better hospitality. Definitely not worth the money — save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.

They just started putting fridges in the rooms but not standard yet. The airport shuttles a joke, compared to all the other hotels that have several, they only have 1 at this hotel and it takes forever. I've stayed here lots but wouldn't stay here if my company wasn't paying for it, not worth it IMO
