    I was in town for a work event and needed to fly out very early in the morning. My colleague dropped me off in the evening, and it was smooth sailing all the way. Check-in was very easy, and the room was comfortable, clean, quiet, and safe. I caught the 4:55 am shuttle, which was exactly on time, and made my way to the airport. I would definitely stay here again!

    Everything was fine except elevators weren't working. We were put on the 4th floor. All of us over 70, and told no other rooms available. Really? Parking lot was empty.

    unfortunately the elevator is out so if you choose top floor like I normally do be prepared to have a heart attack

    It's 9 AM, and a man unlocks my door and comes in. I think he's one of the maintenance guys? No knocking, no nothing. Just unlocks and opens the doors. What if I was naked? What if I wasn't here, my valuables are just in the unit. Truly unacceptable.

    Horrible experience at this hotel. I travel for work and always stay at Hilton locations. This was not a good experience!! They charge $35/night for parking which is fine for secured parking. However, upon arrival I could not get in the gate for over 10 minutes and no one answers their phone that is called from the gate. Next morning I try to leave for work and can’t get out the gate either. So I go back in to the lobby, wait about 15 minutes for the lady to finish helping others before she will hear me asking to simply LET ME OUT OF THE GATE! Fine… I finally get out. Fast forward to later that evening and guess what happens when I get back to the hotel? You got it! Can’t get in the gate! When I finally get in the front desk gentleman apologizes that the gates are malfunctioning…. I’m $70 in at this point. Next, the advertised room rate on the Hilton app was $230 or thereabouts…the charge goes through on my credit card for $539 the first night (Wednesday) then $291 the second night (Thursday). I go to ask what happened there. They can’t do anything about it without a confirmation email which of course I don’t have after changing my travel arrangements via the app. Let me say, there are absolutely hotels that are worth that amount and I don’t mind paying for them. But the bait and switch here ALONG WITH the poor condition of the hotel room is absurd! If you’re considering staying here…. Choose another option.
