We missed our connecting flight on Christmas Day to Asia, and Doug, the hotel night manager hooked us up with a room at 1 am so we could catch an early morning flight home. He was a hero for saving an otherwise disastrous and disappointing day.

The shuttle does NOT run all day and lift/uber cost me $30 one way to go 1.9 miles. Take that into account when booking please. I wouldve booked elsewhere had i known. Staff and room was clean.

I was in town for a work event and needed to fly out very early in the morning. My colleague dropped me off in the evening, and it was smooth sailing all the way. Check-in was very easy, and the room was comfortable, clean, quiet, and safe. I caught the 4:55 am shuttle, which was exactly on time, and made my way to the airport. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was fine except elevators weren't working. We were put on the 4th floor. All of us over 70, and told no other rooms available. Really? Parking lot was empty.
