The service was disappointing. The room was not clean when I arrived, and basic cleanliness standards were not met. I asked the staff a couple of questions, but they were not helpful and did not respond in a professional or respectful manner. In addition, cleaning and maintenance were noisy and disruptive during my stay. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised, and I would not stay here again.

Great staff. Extremely helpful. Would be a 5 star if they had proper shuttle service. In the past month, I’ve waited over an hour for shuttle service from airport to hotel. Leaving the hotel is on time, so I have no idea where the driver goes after drop off. I won’t be coming back until they fix shuttle service.

This hotel is busy! The front desk is always assisting ppl checking in on Christmas night. The fridge in my room has left over food from days ago and stinks the whole room when I open it; front desk solved my issue so quick! Had a room change and complimentary parking. The lady at the front desk has really good service, easy tone makes me feel better after having headache from stink room, forgot to ask her name but she deserves a 5 star rating!

The hotel is a tad out of the way. This allows the hotel to do what it does best- get as much money out of you as possible. Each part of the hotel is a different WiFi or (surprise) you can pay $14.99 a day for unlimited internet access. Buffet is $27.00 but a 3 egg omelette is $22.00. You add in the California taxes and it’s an expensive place to eat. The staff is great but Corporate Hilton just continues to find ways to get you for more money. They have their hands so deep in your pockets, you forget you’re wearing pants. The paid parking system results in backed up cars trying to leave the hotel. You can only imagine how frustrating that is when you CAN’T physically leave a hotel. Hilton charges your car to stay because Hilton needs the money.
