A number of guest assisted her and Renato also assisted to get her plastic wrap as she was not feeling well and wanted to take her breakfast to her room. Once she was ready to return to her room, she found she was unable to move the wheelchair and hold her breakfast. I asked Renato if it was possible for someone to help her to her room. He, without hesitation said yes and advised he would be right back. He returned quickly and again without hesitation pushed her to her room (which was not on the first floor.) Renato was helpful beyond expectations and was very efficient that morning. He returned to his duties quickly. The hotel is lucky to have him.
