He was very friendly and courteous in person and via text for scheduling. The shuttle to and from Disney was always on time or early. Minus 1 star because the bed and pillows were way too soft and didn’t have any support, making it difficult to sleep. The shower pressure was also very weak. We were able to adjust it slightly but it was still too weak for our liking. I also wish the shower had a glass sliding door, rather than a shower curtain. Overall, I had a nice time and would stay here again for my next Disney trip.

A nice size bathroom. Very clean room. A little shop also, selling gifts, sweets, snacks etc. On site dining, and a small Starbucks. WiFi also available. There were dining places near by, Denny's, Wendy's etc. Also a Target a few minutes walk away, which was very handy. The hotel offers a free daily shuttle to Disneyland ( 7 miles away ) and to Knott's Berry farm a mile away. Lovely drivers. The only downside was the $350 deposit at check in, which you do get back, but add it to your budget. And no resort fees. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

When I checked in late at night, the hotel didn't have a hot water dispenser, and there was no kettle in the room, so I asked the male staff at the front desk for hot water for coffee, and he kindly boiled it for me in the restaurant. A few days later, I bought instant noodles from the hotel's shop for a late-night snack and asked for hot water, but the elderly female staff at the front desk refused, saying it was only available until 10 pm, even though it was 9:55 pm. That same female staff member also refused to have my room cleaned when I requested it before going out, saying the cleaning staff were busy, and the room wasn't cleaned when I returned. (The room was only cleaned 3 times in 10 days, so I had to call every day to request fresh towels.) The housekeeping and restaurant staff were kind and friendly, and the pool was clean, but next time I'll stay at the Marriott Inn next door.
