    👀 yooo this hotel was on it. Every morning you can see the cleaning staff present and focused on thier duties. I'm impressed. Rooms had a great interior design.

    Everything was excellent. In error I completed your survey with negative comments but I could not contact the hotel to correct. I was thinking of the next hotel on my stay on my trip that the room had a strong chemical bleach smell. Doubletree was 5 star!

    This location needs some upgrades. Don't hold your comforter up to the light, don't expect to get your honor's water (also the tap water tastes bad) and don't expect towels when using the pool.

    From the first moment I walked into this Doubletree Hotel, Nike (the front desk hostess) made me feel welcome and relaxed. During this and all future interactions she was super nice, courteous, helpful, and kind. Thanks to Nike, I knew my stay there was going to be special - read on! I found the temperature of the hotel hallways and bar/restaurant to be very comfortable even as the temperature outside was erratic (December 21-23, 2025). All staff I encountered were very cordial and offered assistance - even when not asked. I felt at home. All door locks and keyless entries in the app worked flawlessly which added to the sense of security. This property should be used as a standard for all Hilton properties. The only issue I has was that someone had locked the in-room safe open. This did not pose a problem for me as I didn't need to use it, so I did not report it to the staff. Please book this hotel the next time, and every time, you're going to Disney or Knott's Berry Farm and/or have to be near Koreatown anytime in the future. You won't be disappointed. Have a great new year!

    Booked through a third-party site back in June and was asked to pay a deposit, which I did. After checking out, I was told the deposit was only a hold and would be released once I checked out. However, days passed and I did not receive the deposit back. I used the online chat and also called the hotel. The agent told me the hotel never charged me and that it was only a temporary hold, and advised me to wait a bit longer. After two weeks, I called again and was told the same thing. The agent sounded rushed and did not seem interested in helping, and this time I was told to contact my bank instead. When I called my bank, they confirmed that the hotel had in fact charged the deposit, which is why it appeared on my statement. The bank opened a case and assisted me, and eventually the hotel refunded my money. I liked the room itself, but the customer service and lack of patience when resolving this issue left a bad impression. Having to rely on my bank to fix something that the hotel should have handled makes me hesitant to return, as I wouldn’t want to go through the same experience again.
