They have “airport” in the hotel name, so you’d expect an actual airport shuttle, but there isn’t one. Ended up paying about $40 for an Uber. On top of that, their digital key is basically fake convenience. You still have to go to the front desk, show ID, swipe your card—the whole process they already have on file. So it doesn’t let you skip the desk like a real digital key should. Once you’re in the room it’s fine, but the arrival experience was disappointing enough that I’m giving it 2 stars.

I called to front desk to say someone has been playing there music loud all night long we couldn't sleep. Front desk says its nothing we can do about it. Burn it down if you can't manage it. I pay too much money to sleep uncomfortably.
